Gather input from your setting's staff, children and young people, and stakeholders to develop your sustainability goals and objectives.
Look for ways to connect sustainability with your setting's existing values, ethos and vision.
Share your sustainability vision with your estate owners to ensure your goals align with their objectives for the estate.
