Agree decarbonisation responsibilities of your site team or manager
Agree any duties your estates or site manager will need to be responsible for to help your setting reduce its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, and integrate these into their role. For larger, more complex settings, responsibilities may be shared across multiple individuals or teams.
This approach ensures that everyone understands their role in sustainability efforts, and will help to identify any training or CPD needs to support them.
